Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Cookify's platform and services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

By accessing or using Cookify's services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are using Cookify on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

To use Cookify, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorised access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

Cookify is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees for your selected plan. Billing is monthly or annually, in advance. Fees are non-refundable except as set out in our refund policy.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice. Continued use after the price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

We offer a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial, your account will be paused unless you subscribe to a paid plan. Trial accounts are limited to one per person or organisation.

You agree not to use Cookify to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe intellectual property rights of any third party
• Transmit malware, spam, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Resell or sublicence the service without our written consent

Cookify and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the service. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the service for your internal business purposes only. You retain all rights to data you upload to the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cookify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Cookify in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription via the dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases and we may delete your data after 90 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dublin, Ireland.
